The introduction of Dubai’s most recent lifestyle residence, presented a fantastic opportunity for investors and renters to grab a piece of Dubai Studio City. Corsard created video and digital marketing content to generate awareness and drive demand with in-market audiences.

The Challenge

Create rental demand for Olivara Residences, managing a complex client portfolio; from young professionals seeking Studio and 1 Bed apartments, through to co-habitants and families seeking larger residences of up to 3 Beds in a town villa configuration.

The Solution

Uniquely with a host of amenities, Corsard were able to showcase Olivara Residences outdoor recreational facilities, as well as living spaces appointed with modern interiors and state of the art appliances.

As the embodiment of sophistication and elegance, the PropTech and content solution had to capture those elements.

Video and aerial footage was captured with flattering light and soft tones, reflecting the tranquil surroundings.

Repurposing of existing assets as well as newly curated footage, was pointed at in-market renters online and offline through property agents using innovative in-branch and digital solutions, exclusively employed through Corsard’s PropTech platform.

The Outcome

The combination of online PropTech solutions (virtual video tours) and digital assets (digital prospectus) promoted by agents, set in place expedited growth and scale of rental instructions over a 3 month window, with many units being let whilst still off-plan.
